I half expected this to be dry and tough but @thedisgruntledchef proved me wrong! Crisp on the surface but oh so tender on the inside. 😍

Crusted in a spice mix and fried, it made sure the lamb didn't taste gamey at all and the meat pulled off with ease. I think I let out an audible moan as I hit that fatty part as well... Oh sooo good 🙊
