Not a fan of crystal dumpling because of the crystal skin that is usually thicc and chewy. But the ones at THW is thin and soft. Apart from the thin skin, they took another step to change the chives to spinach as not many has the liking for chives. However, their skin is sooooo thin that it breaks when i tried to pick it up with my chopstick.
