No surprise as the stall was not opened. 5th time unlucky. So ended up with this "healthy" char kway teow.

This was a surprise. A quick whiff and caught a somewhat strong but subtle wokheish aroma. I witnessed the fire engulfed the wok in a flash. Kway teow was well fried and not overly oily. Eggs and cockles hit the sweet spot. The veges, already boiled, were adorned over and crispy mini white fish as a crunchy garnish.
