The Butao Ramen has a light broth which suits my palate. I asked for my noodles soft and went for cabbage rather than green onions. We had the mini gyoza that came with like a crispy layer on the top which was nice cause it added some texture to the gyoza skin. A meal that’s comforting for the stomach and wallet :)
