This Ayam Bakar Taliwang is essentially a 500g whole grilled chicken in Lombok style and spiced with black peppercorns. Despite the spices, it is not that spicy and the grilled chicken is quite flavourful and tender. Better to visit Sama Sama with at least three to four people as the food is more enjoyable as sharing plates.
