Wanted something light that day so I got myself Dashi noodles which is only available during weekends/ public holidays.

Butchers Daughter
Nvm the name, this is essentially steak, fries and egg(any type u want).

Beef didn't come medium-rare as requested but was still acceptable and did not require too much jaw work.
