First look at this and I was worried that it might end up too sweet since it looked very well-coated in dark soy sauce. Happy to report that it didn’t! There was a sweetness, but it was balanced out nicely with the slight spice and strong touches of savoury notes with strips of cuttlefish. Enjoyed how fresh and crunchy they were too.
