This year's Mao Shan Wang mooncakes were just awesome, a pleasant change from the D24 they were usually using yearly. The other brown mooncake is created last year by using the same ingredients of their popular Hazelnut Chocolate crisp cake to make into mooncakes. This one I must say is very very nice with the crispy hazelnut layer and ganache inside.
