Similar to a hot pot experience, the ingredients are freshly steamed using the innovative culinary technique of high-speed steaming. This is also one of the few places in Singapore to enjoy dim sum dishes that are steamed upon order at your table such as liu sha bao.

With 2 types of congee to pick, I prefer the congee w dried scallop and clams while it contains a hint sweetness from the scallop. Being cooked at the bottom, the essence of these ingredients are collected below the steaming plate to cook the accompanying congee. This is comfort food. 👍🏼
