This might not be my favorite Thai soup dish. Because the soup always had a hint of porky smell. However, this place did a very good job. With the help of garlic and shallot and some spices, it successfully removed any trace of porky taste. The soup was so flavorful that it is better with glass noodle than rice. Do try their dry chili blend, super goood! The only downside was that there were only 3 small ribs found in the soup. *I added liver and intestine so your bowl might look a little different.
