This was a delicious plate of creamy pasta. Aurora sauce was on point, bursting with flavour. The pink tomato base was really elevated with the fish roe, giving a good balance tanginess, creaminess, and even a slight spiciness from the mentaiko. There was a generous portion of crabmeat, which made this all the better. I initially thought that the price point for this was a bit on the high side, but the quality of this pasta proved its worth. With Upper Thomson bustling with cafes, Belo is definitely one to check out if you haven’t!
