I remember Ajisen used to be the go-to affordable ramen stall back when we were young. I have always stick with ordering the usual and over time, they included more variety to the basic dishes that they used to have on the menu. So apparently this time, I decided to opt for the "trendier" flavour to go with my ramen 😂

The Tom yam flavour was more on the soury side rather than spicy so it's great for those whose spicy taste buds are not that advanced. LOL. But it's still tasty and goes extremely well with the pork shabu slices imo. You may order this ala carte or with a set that includes a drink and side.
