Roasted Potatoes, Cabbages, Onions and Smoked Bacon. Perhaps missing on the crispy part, but the duck leg confit was rather on point given how the meat came off from the bone easily and how tender and moist it was. The roasted potatoes can help with more seasoning, and while the onions and cabbages wee cooked till caramalised/melted, the smoked bacon was the one that took the role of flavouring up the dish with savouriness.
