I love dark chocolates and I can say that this platter made me so happy. My best 3 in this selections are the Pahang Cake, Bali Tart and Davao Baton.
Pahang cake has this soft fudgy melting in your mouth feels while Bali tart has mixture of bitter sweet and sour taste from dark chocolate and 2 tropical fruits. Last but not the least Davao Baton, simple yet giving salty and bitter flavor due to highest percent of cocoa in this set.
Chiang Mai Panna Cotta could be in my best list without the coconut bits in it (not a fan of dried coconut). Chocolate itself was great and for the Solok Macaron, expecting a crunchy but soft mushy texture since its a macaron but it's looks like a flatten macaron with dry cookie texture.
