Strawberry compote was a bit too sweet to my liking, and reminded me of the artificial pink colouring taste that is common in the paracetamol that I drank as a child. The filling was of a much thicker consistency that the OG apple pie. McDonald’s pies are always crazily controversial. Went for it since I’ve seen reviews saying that this was good and potentially better than the apple pie. Personally, I find this decent and edible, but I would prefer the apple pie any day.
