Just take a look at how thick, dark, and saucy it is; it practically beckons you to dig in. This tantalising rice noodle gets its name from the vibrant, gooey raw egg that crowns it. The flavours are luxuriously rich and saucy, with a generous sprinkling of crispy pork lard for that extra indulgence. I couldn't resist slurping up every bit of it before calling it a night. 🌙🍽🤤
