The bun is slightly grilled, drizzled with mayo and filled with big chunks of lobsters.

When u hear sweet potato, there’s got to be some expectation of some starchy, mushy food, but honestly this just blew everything I was scared it would be right outta the window.

[Salmon Au Fume Sando-$8.90]

Whole new range of food items including choices of toasts/sandwiches now available @matchayasg !😊 The name is such a mouthful but its essentially just salmon toast :') Thick slices of smoked salmon coupled with a generous heap of guacamole which I felt was a little lighter than usual perhaps due to the zesty hints of lemon providing a more refreshing kick
