I usually jump at the chance to get Khao Kha Moo (braised pig trotters with rice) whenever possible so it was interesting to see that I could get egg noodles as my carb when I ate at Bangkok Jam with the family.

Look at how strong the vacuum created by the hot rice was, sucking in my egg yolk before I had the chance to snap a picture.
