[CHINATOWN, SINGAPORE] No joke, I demolished this bowl in 8 mins.

Their Signature Fried Pork Noodle 🍜 ($4.80) was really decent, with a pretty addictive pork cutlet that was most likely marinated with red fermented tofu. Doing that gives it extra umami that penetrates deep into the meat. It was succulent and fatty, and the crust was very light and crispy. Noodles were really decent as well, as it was al dente and seasoned well. It tasted very close to the Malaysian wanton noodles I've had since I was young!

The soup tasted very much like ABC soup, else there's nothing much to mention.

I wouldn't say it's the best noodles I've had, but it's more of the comforting kind. If you are around the area and you want a no-frills kind of lunch, this is a good option! The only gripe I had was that the portion was abit too small, but I guess you can add noodles. Will be back with a bigger bowl next time 😋
