To enhance the experience of communal dining, DW Workshop offers a wide variety of sides that one can order to go with the main dishes. We got to sample quite a couple of their sides; Wild Mushrooms Sautéed with Persillade, Baby Young Corn with Sea Salt, Spanish Goat Cheese Salad, Egg with Pomery Mustard, Guacamole, Garlic Pomme Purée and the Marinated Vine Tomato with Basil and Garlic. All of them were well-executed, but if one ever needs to choose amongst a few, I would recommend the Garlic Pomme Purée; mashed potatoes with a knob of butter on the side to stir in for a smooth, buttery touch with bacon bits to help add a hint of savoury flavours in the mash. Mushrooms were also pretty delightful; earthy and bouncy and the Guacamole was buttery, smooth with avo-goodness. If you are a Goat Cheese lover, do go for the Goat Cheese Salad which is rather pungent for some but rather light for those who find the flavours tolerable with grapes to help a little sweetness. The sides definitely made communal dining even more fun!
