Tsui Wah Restaurant started as a tea shop in Mong Kok in 1967. It is not the biggest Cha Chaan Teng restaurant chain in Hong Kong. This is their signature crispy bun with delicious pork chop and lettuce, served with thick crunchy fries. The other is Malaysian style Beef Brisket Curry with rice.
