The savoury broth was slightly spicy. The radish was soft and well braised with hints of sweetness. Although could not taste much meat, the skin of the pork knuckles was soft without feeling jelat. .

Topup with Marinated Pig’s Intestine 滷水猪大腸 (S$3) which was well braised till soft and did not have offending taste..

Washed with a cup of HK Style Milk Tea 港式奶茶 (S$3.50/ hot)
I usually avoided milk tea but the siap taste (happened usually when the tea leaves had left for too long in water) in this version was slight in the aftertaste. It was rich and smooth without too sweet.
