The char siu was definitely the star of the show. It as crispy on the outside while remaining tender on the inside without relying on the burnt technique. Noodles were also well seasoned.

Notwithstanding the wait, this was comparatively much better than the queue for the lor mee which was at least two times as long as it was slow.
