No, this Gnoicchi Carbonara is simply one of the better pasta dishes I've tasted, (though the first time I've had gnnoichi before to be honest). Interestingly, the gnoicchi is fried to a perfect brown crisp that doesnt turn soggy and soaked even when tossed into a pool of thick creamy carbonara sauce that complemented it so well and strips of crispy bacon. Well of course topped with a poached egg to make it perfect. First time I've had a main course at Antoinette, and even though portions are small and prices are quite high, they certainly lives up to the standard that Antoinette has. If you're bored of their flowy croissants or cheesy cheese tarts, why not give their mains a go?
