This has a nice tang, with a pleasant rosemary herbiness. Crumb is v moist. It looks like it's almost too wet/gummy, but it really isn't and what you get is a soft, hydrated sourdough.

The soft but firm cubed potato gives a textural contrast, but I felt like the potato could have been roasted / browned, these were pale and didn’t have the wonderful potato flavours I was expecting .

Toasting the sourdough crisps up the surface, and makes it tastier. There are some garlic bits but it would be better if it was more prominent with a punchy garlic flavour. Nevertheless, it was still an enjoyable loaf.

ALSO this lasted from sat to wed and still didn't dry out / get mouldy. Quite impressed bc some other sourdoughs dry out quite quickly / get mouldy by the third day.
