Went yesterday on their offical opening day at 7odd after the evening shower has stopped, but I went alone so sad lol. The food I had here was a $9 set, Cheezy Fries w Kamquat Drink, eh quite full sia.

Anyway this carnival will be opened from 15 Dec 2017 till 1 Apr 2018, so long a time for you to go there and have fun with your friends and families! Opening hours will be from 4-11pm daily, 3pm - 2am on Xmas and NY's eve. 2 Event spaces; The Promontory (games and food), MBS Event Bay (rides). Live band from respective universities will be performing on stage weekly and many other events too!
Prudential customers are entited to Fast Pass for rides, which will be emailed to you, just show the email with your name on it and along with your NRIC to be entitled. Rides and games and food are from $4 onwards. Food here is pretty much yummy, though not as much as Gastromania.
