Swee Guan Hokkien Mee, located at 5 Lor 29 Geylang. One of the few stalls who still uses charcoal to fry their Hokkien prawn mee! We arrive at a bad timing with a snaking Long Q.. To make up for the Long Q, we ordered their $12 large plate and portion is perfect for 2 to share👫! They are very generous with the ingredients, sotong, eggs and 5-6 super big and fresh prawns! Also they uses thin white Bee hoon and not those thick kind which I don’t really like... It has a very strong wok-hei taste and it’s not too wet, a little towards the dry kind which we enjoyed a lot!
