Yusheng with abalone. With lychee pearls that goes pop pop in the mouth. Delightful and not so sweet. @goldleafsingapore has 4 different set menus ranging from $388++. We were indeed privileged to be the first to try out some of the dishes. Flavors with a very homey feel especially so the panfried prawns which tasted like how my late mum used to cook. The deepfried seabass, deboned and certainly very crispy. Doused with sweet and sour sauce.

Goldleaf was established since 1971. The tastes are quite old school, which for some diners, was a reminiscent of mum's cooking.
