Service was attentive and thoughtful, with the staff ensuring everything was cooked just right. The set also included a comforting Korean soybean soup loaded with generous chunks of meat, along with a silky, bouncy steamed egg that was light yet satisfying. I appreciated the variety of condiments provided — wasabi, curry powder, salt, and ssamjang — allowing us to enjoy different flavour pairings. The Korean radish, egg mayo, and squid side dishes were particularly outstanding, each delivering bold and memorable flavours.
