Bak Kut Teh: Literally means "meat bone tea" a herbal broth of Hokkien/Teow Chew origin popular in Malaysia. Consists of pork, pork ribs, offal, mushrooms, bean curd, herbs and spices boiled over several hours. Eaten usually with rice and "Yao Char Kwai" or you tiao, it's the perfect meal when you need to feel warm ;)
