[PAYA LEBAR, SINGAPORE] If you are looking for budget Chinese style bbq or hotpot, @goodcombo_hotpotbbq is a place to consider. With quite quality dishes for the price and student promotions, you really can get good value out of this!

From cooked dishes, to regular hotpot dishes to marinated meats to BBQ, there's many that we liked. I personally like the saliva chicken from the cooked section, while my partner loved the condensed milk mantous!

They don't have a huge range of soup bases, but their Golden Soup is pretty fantastic. Heavy bodied, rich and comforting, it's a soup base I will order again! You can pick many different veggie, tofu and meat dishes to throw inside, but our favourite is their fish slices and tiger prawns. Both were so fresh and snappy!

As for BBQ meats, all I needed was their marinated pork, as it was seasoned really well and was tender! They have other meat options too, though I didn't have enough stomach space to try them 😂

At just $29.99, the Signature Buffet is really good enough. Both the hotpot and BBQ cook really fast, so you don't need to wait much to chow down on more food! Students, the buffet is only $18.88 NETT so that's even more value for money 😱
