It has been a long while since I cooked my chilli crabs. Using flower crabs because of its natural sweetness. I did not make it too spicy as I want all the flavors to be more balanced. Yeah yeah.... great gravy for my steaming white fluffy rice. It was a yummy gravy, if I should say so myself.
