The Japanese charcoal grilled Corn fed US prime traditional fiorentina steak is a crowd pleaser, the tender meat is slightly charred with a crispy skin-crust. ($22 per 100g, minimum 800g) Pictured here is also the US prime OP rib ($18 per 100g) slightly fatty while the taste isn't as intense as the fiorentina. 🍴
