salted caramel souffle pancake - was so FLUFFY and the cream just vanished the moment it entered our mouths… was so airy and light. love the salted caramel flavour too
Crofdles were crisp at the edges but not as flaky as I'd have liked. Still delicious with the maple syrup and butter. This also comes with a scoop of ice cream, but the earl grey scoop we had was icy instead of creamy.
Love this combination of sweet mango and sourish passionfruit courlis together with the soft and moist pancake, its so appetising! My favourite so far in their menu 😍
