Though not as cheap as in Kenting, Taiwan (20 slices of sashimi for SGD10). Tsukiji fish market definitely wins hands down in freshness and variety and this set cost ard sgd19. It is so fresh that it taste sweet. What's more is that the chefs are so friendly and funny as well! Makes it feel like a performance before your meal.
