Schweinshaxe (AUD 48.50). Signature giant crispy skin pork knackle served with sauerkraut, rhine potatoes and pork jus. The crispy skin is the star of the show. Dipping them into mustard adds a litte sourness to the bite which cuts through the greasiness of the fats. Sauerkraut (german pickled cabbage) is too satly for my liking, while the potatoes are cooked just soft enough, very buttery.
