Hollin (Suntec City)

(M Size - $5) Pearl of the day (Strawberry) ($1.20) I decided to order for hollin for a while. Caramel Black Tea was quite mixed taste between sweet and sour. It's one of best selling flavour at Suntec. RSM still remained the same (salty flavour) up to today as also its quite nice and refreshing drink. But I felt not bad from strawberry pearls really got easier to chew but got strong sweet aftertaste in pearls.

Lychee Oolong Tea (0%, honey pearls) has strong fragrant oolong tea taste. The honey taste of the pearls is quite subtle but has a good chewy bite. Would try other pearls next time.

Earl grey pudding milk tea (25% sugar) has floral milky taste, cant go any wrong.

Visited Hollin @ Suntec City on a Saturday Afternoon and ordered their Best Sellers Series (1) Pink Guava Rock Salt Macchiato (Large, 50% Sugar, Add-on Honey Handmade Pearls).

Flavour: 8/10
The Pink Guava tasted like a much more concentrated version of the Marigold Peel Fresh Pink Guava Juice Drink that I really love, and the milk foam was light, creamy, fragrant, largely sweet, with a hint of saltiness. When I drink them in its entirety from a top down approach starting from the milk foam, the combination was extremely refreshing - perfect for a humid day or after a heavy meal. The honey pearl does have a subtle taste of honey - not too overpowering, which I feel will be a perfect fit for drinks that are on the lower-end of the sweetness level.

Overall, I feel that $6.20 for a Large cup of Bubble Tea given its quality and uniquely-flavoured handmade pearls that changes in flavour daily is very value-for-money.

v sadly can’t rmb the exact flavours we got but i know i tried the pandan pearls which had a vvv vague hint of flavouring but wasn’t exactly strong. was also a macchiato which i rmbed was creamy and nice! amounted to abt $3+ per person for large sized cups so i guess it’s worth
