I can’t believe that my last visit was in 2019 😳 still love this BCM stall. The prices have gone up a bit (from 3-5 to 4-6) but still on a very acceptable range.

The preparation is still as meticulous as ever - I really admire the owner’s focus while cooking. Serving is still generous, not just on the noodles, but on the toppings. Same as before, the mushroom is a big highlight on the dish, very well braised

One thing I noticed though is that the noodles don’t seem to be the same as before - seems to be a bit thicker and not as springy. But would still reco :)

The was supposed to be the lesser known BCM drill here at alexandra, but somehow, they are the more popular one in terms of queue. Had to queue for nearly 40mins just to finally getting the have this bowl of BCM

Surprised that burpple only got 2 reviews, because this BCM was really quite good and I thoroughly enjoyed the mushroom. 😋

My favorite minced meat noodle in SG! This is one of the stalls with long queue (all the time) in this food centre, so it’s not easy to miss 😁 love all the toppings (which they generously give btw) - mainly the meatballs and mushrooms 👌🏻👌🏻 it’s very affordable as well!

Very fresh ingredients and well cooked noodles. Chef takes his time to ensure every bowl is done well before sending it out. Hence the long queue. Nevertheless the taste is good and value for money too.
