We ended off with this Sticky Date Pudding $18, topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, walnuts crumble and drizzle w vanilla brandy sauce. Unfortunately, one of the least favorite among the 4 desserts served, the best is probably the Bergamot Earl Grey Jelly still 😋

😎: Well, this is something amazing! The person behind this must be a genius to combine both of them. The sweet potato fries were fried twice then topped with their house made salted duck's egg sauce and crispy curry leaves! This would have been a 5/5 if they drizzled more of the sauce and if they gave me a larger portion! Love this!😉

Out of all the Korean fried chicken I've tried in Singapore, I'd say @twins_chicken ranks among the top. The juicy flesh of their Original Fried Chicken tears away cleanly from the bone, tastes fresh, and isn't overly greasy. The only thing that keeps it a notch below @chirchirsg's Crispy Fried Chicken is that the meat itself isn't as deeply marinated, the batter isn't as flavourful, and as a result, simply isn't as addictively tasty.

The ricotta cheese salad is a pretty riot of colour, but I do find it a little pricey for mixed greens, a scatter of assorted nuts and clumps of ricotta splashed with balsamic vinaigrette – there's nothing terribly special here.

Cross-section of my sunkissed salmon: crab meat, avocado, cucumber, lightly torched to create this delish seared salmon, topped with roe. A little on the pricey side ($16.95, 8 pieces of this) but yum!
