Well CALDERETA is not new to me specially to some people who loves sauce in their food, but this one i find it interesting because the softness of beef is great, sauce is good (not salty,sweet,sour) just perfect. not boring to eat,and you will love it until the last drop of sauce. http://lesterfoodie.webr.ly/
