I sauteed the garlic in olive oil and added cayenne and sugar. Once i got the flavor that i wanted i added the shrimps until they are cooked. Others sautee the garlic and shrimp before they add the cayenne and sugar but i find that it is difficult to get the flavor that you want with that method.
My snack/ dinner: Pita bread with lettuce, onions, cherry tomatoes, and cheese. Easy to make and healthy too 👍
One of the typical #filipinofood served at home and rarely sold in restos. Probably sold in turo-turo (hawker stalls) as "ulam" (viand).
