Perfect pink in the middle, we have it medium roasted. Delightfully baby-tender in the center but slightly more dry and tough on its crust. The potato pumpkin gratin is awesome thou. I couldn't appreciate much in the bone marrow, I didn't like the taste of it. $51.

I'd thought it taste more like raspberry than a peach composite, soft and citrusy. It comes with a dollop of creamy almond sauce at the side. Not topping my list though it can delight a dull spirited person. $11

Clad in creamy light mascarpone cream and chocolate jelly sauce, the dessert resembles a slab of tiramisu but a non-alcoholic version. It hit the sweet spot instantly.

... Very good fillet, lightly seared on the surface while maintaining its rosy interior. Soft with a tinge of natural sweetness in the meat. The pistachio bits add crunch and enhanced the mouthfeel in a great way. The bed is nicely lay with caponatina & fennel salad in a light vinegared manned. Someone says the plating has a Picasso's feel, well to me, eating is an art even though u may not a veteran art collector. $45.

Sweet and elegant tasting in the cured ham, I still find it tastes better with melon. The tomato spread has went missing..
