Braised 3-layer pork with black fungus stuffed in a soft delicious bun.
A traditional peranakan dish. Also know as "zhim wan" (crab ball) soup. Sooo yummy.
Quiet yummy dinner alone after our post-launch madness.
Babi ponteh, curry chicken, buah keluak, kiam chye ak and other Peranakan yummies.
