One of the best traditional suckling pig in Bali. So tasty! Spicy, salty, sour with little bits of crunchiness from the crackling! Yums! The pork here was really nice. It was tender and well-seasoned. The pork satay, deep fried stuff, juicy pork meat, crispy pork skin, long beans were blended really well in my tongue!
