One of the best traditional suckling pig in Bali. So tasty! Spicy, salty, sour with little bits of crunchiness from the crackling! Yums! The pork here was really nice. It was tender and well-seasoned. The pork satay, deep fried stuff, juicy pork meat, crispy pork skin, long beans were blended really well in my tongue!

Balinese dish of steamed chicken with rich flavors, served with plecing kangkung, crispy-fried peanut and lilit satay. Hot and spicy!!
