Seafood soup with a very rich and “umami” broth… so technically u pay $178 for soup, meant to be shared by 2. It’s nice, seafood is fresh but not for this price?

Grilled... the watercress that accompanied my steak tasted floral, unlike the local variety that we eat with soups (super interesting!) maybe the steak was a tad dry but was flavorful and I ate it all without the sauce that was paired with it.

Indeed, lightly smoked, delicately seasoned which rendered the scallops sweet... I could have eaten a pound of these!!

The little white speckles that topped the dessert were iced mascarpone ... the tart didn’t quite hit the spot (as I felt it was dry, more like a crumb cake) but the dessert was saved by the gelato... but I love salted caramel.

Sans alcohol and minus a layer or two of sponge... but a safe piece of dessert!

I liked the pasta which tasted house-made (definitely not out from a packet!), we were advised by the wait staff to taste the dish without the squid ink (which was served at the side), eventually I enjoyed the dish more without the squid ink. I liked the light-handedness of seasoning ... allowing the ikura and sea urchin to heighten the dish!

Tender but some parts were dry... I prefer to taste the natural flavors of the meat but it’s was masked by the sauce and at certain bites, I felt a heavy hand of Italian herbs.

For a classy restaurant... they served “gardenia” bread instead of “home-made bread” for their prawn cocktail ... $30 ... so it’s an ermmmm🧐🤨🤔 for me

Chocolate Orange Escargot is the elixir you would need when your emotions spiral... is u can’t eat it straight away, toast it in the oven the next day and it will still taste awesomely good!
