Always my favourite type of soup! Noodles uneven and springy just the way I like it :) huge slices of meat for the meat option. I like how I could choose the done-ness of the noodles and thickness of the soup!

Immanuel's crab broth ramen which was superb! Seafood bisque-y taste but noodles not my fave - linguine-looking and a little too filling. Might try switching the noodles when we're again 😏

Another dish to add on to my cu mi fen favourites list!
