Both average. If there's a need to order dessert here after dim sum, I would suggest getting the herbal jelly over the osmanthus cake.

Top right clockwise: Luk Yu Prawn Dumplings 白玉虾饺皇 ($4.50), BBQ Pork Bun 叉烧包 ($4.50), Chicken Claws with spices 桂林豆豉风爪 ($3.80), Scallop Dumplings with Fish Roe 妃子带子饺 ($4.50) & Pork Rib with Black Bean Sauce 干妈酱排骨 ($4.50) Decided to try dimsum here since we're nearby.

Nothing much left on the dim sum menu when we arrived. Ordered the above items and was surprised that all taste pretty good, especially the pork ribs which was juicy, tender and well marinated.

Century egg with shredded pork $5.20 (bottom right) is average, prefer Crystal Jade's.

The Fresh Sliced Toman Fish porridge $5.50 is good.
For their signature Salted Egg Yolk Bun $5.40 (3pcs), it's not bad with the right level of saltiness. From top left: Shanghai Meat Dumplings aka Xiao Long Bao ($5.80), steamed spare ribs with black bean sauce ($5.80), Steamed Flour Rolls with Shrimps ($6.80), Salted Pork with century egg congee ($8.20, Pan-fried Wasabi Shrimp Rolls in beancurd skin ($6.20), Steamed Barbecued Pork Buns ($5.50), Egg custard buns ($5.80), Mini Egg Tarts ($5.50) & Baked South African Abalone Puff ($9.80/piece).

Xiao long bao, spare ribs & steamed rolls can do with a bit more flavour. The rest pretty average. Pork buns and custard buns not bad, abalone puff don't make an impression at all. See a lot of people ordering the Glass Ball-Seafood Soup ($12.80/pax). Maybe should order that next time.
