My default order everytime I visit, Ippudo's Modern Tonkatsu has never failed to satisfy. Don't forget to mix well before tucking in (that red ball isn't chilli, it's full-on flavour!) either order the Chashu Ramen for more slices of the delectable pork, or Tamago for their rendition of the Japanese grilled egg.
