Trust a restaurant originating from Seoul to come up with a romantic sounding name for a pizza that has date-killing garlic - lol!
But being a pretty unique creation, I think it is totally deserving of the raves it has gotten. On top of the delicate, thin and crispy crust are pieces of roasted garlic which are meltingly soft and have a "vanilla" taste. This gives a distinctive sweetness which blends very nicely with the other toppings of shrimps, crisp savoury garlic chips, sweet pineapple cubes and mozzarella cheese. If you like it cheesier, you can ask to add on freshly grated parmesan, like I did.

This place is a kopitiam that sells Yong Tau Foo in the daytime, and converts into a pizza, pasta & tapas diner at night. Expect no air-con, but their thin crust pizzas are pretty good. This smoked duck pizza is a must-have - slices of smoked duck, arugula, and dollops of truffle infused cream sauce, flavours all work well together. Some of the other items and tapas weren't as good, service somewhat lukewarm too (just like the diner's temperature) ;)

This is called the Rucola Parma pizza. Filled with tomato, mozzarella, rockets and LOTS OF PARMA HAM!!! Reasonably priced too. All pizzas here are made in a brick oven.

Here's a 21 inch pizza that fed the 5 of us (3 guys 2 girls) comfortably. Love how we could choose 2 kinds of toppings on one pizza! The pizza was delicious. I especially love the very very garlicky sauce on the frutti di mare half. They were also really generous with the toppings - look at the heap of mushroom and ham, and seafood including prawns, squid and mussels (that are not very noticeable in the photo). Service was also friendly. Waiter who served us exclaimed "are you ready for pizza???" when he served the pizza, and brought us a jug of "vodka". A great place for big groups of friends and family :)

At Pizzeria Mozza, it's all about the crust. Think a thick, airy, chewy crust surrounding a thin center filled with fresh toppings. Topping combinations here are unique, and they have several types of cheeses, herbs and meats. Go for their funghi pizza; it's generously topped with mushrooms and fontina. Be prepared to wait for your pizzas though!
