Another of my favourite childhood dish here, what is unique in this bowl of Minced Meat Noodles ($3) made by Hup Hup Minced Meat Noodle is that no vinegar is used in the preparation of the sauce and that in every bowl there will be 2 pieces of flour crackers! The spicy minced meat mixture give this noodle the flavourful taste!

Hup Hup Minced Meat Noodle is located at Ang Mo Kio Central Market & Food Centre, #01-39, Block 724 Ang Mo Kio Ave 6, S(560724), operating from 11.30am to 8.30pm on Monday to Sunday!

Prices are at $3.50/$4.50 for a bowl. This stall here draws a long queue at night, queuing up for their range of noodle dishes such as Fishball Noodles, Curry Chicken Noodles & Laksa. This Dry Minced Meat Noodle Mee Pok ($3.50) has a more tomato-based taste to it and the noodles is rather dry despite coming in a big quantity. Ingredients are also plenty in this bowl.

Priced at $3.50/$4.50 a bowl, this place manage to retain a strong queue with their Minced Meat Noodle, which not only taste nice, but presented nicely as well! The Dry Minced Meat Noodles Mee Pok ($3.50) is not overly dry and the sauces added balance off! Ingredients are aplenty for this bowl and the mee pok is also very springy as well!
